
INGREDIENTS:
· 1 l of milk
· 5 spoonfuls of sugar
· 1 twig of vanilla
· 4 eggs
· cinnamon in powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. To warm the milk with the vanilla.
2. To withdraw of the fire and to stop to rest during 15 minutes.
3. To beat in a ladle the yolks of egg with the sugar.
4. To add little by little and without stopping beating, the milk without the vanilla.
5. To beat until a thick cream stays.
6. To add the cream in a molds.
7. To dust the cinnamon.
