
Ingredients: 
* 3 apples
* puff pastry sheets
* cinnamon
* lemon juice
* butter 
* flour
* sugar 
Preparation:
1) First, add flour in the bowl which you will cooke. With the rollingpin knead the puff pustry sheets. Separate the sheets in 2 parts. 
2) In other bowl, add butter and put the sheet in it. The sheet must out of the bowl. The centre of this must covered.
3) Peel the apples and put this into the bowl in circumference. Add sugar and cinnamon on the sheet. For the second coating of apple, repeat the prevous sequence and then add the lemon juice. Cover the pie with the second apple sheet. Moisten with water the border and cut the remaining puff pastry.
4) Keep them for decorating the pie and do a hole in the centre. Oven it for 30 minutes at 150ºC.
