Sponge Cake Of Lemon


INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs.

1 yogurt of lemon.

yeast.

380 g. of flour.

250 g. of sugar.

oil.


PREPARATION:


1. Mixes in a bowl the eggs, a bit of yeast, the flur the yogurt of lemon and the sugar.

2. Beat all the ingredients with the beater for two minutes.

3. Smear the mold with oil.

4. Spill the mixture in the mold.

5. Bake during 45 minutes to 180ºC.


Finally if you don´t want to burn, wait to it cools.
