
Ingredients:
- 1/2kg potatoes
- salt
- oil
- 4 eggs
Directions:
- Wash the potatoes and sliece them.
- Put a bit of oil in a frying pan.
- Add the potatoes and fry them with a little bit of salt.
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Add the fried potatoes in the bowl and mix it.
- Put a jet of oil in a frying pan and add the eggs with the potatoes.
- When the omelette is studded you can serve it cold or warm.
