Spanish omelette



Ingredients:


  • 1/2kg potatoes

  • salt

  • oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Wash the potatoes and sliece them.

  2. Put a bit of oil in a frying pan.

  3. Add the potatoes and fry them with a little bit of salt.

  4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

  5. Add the fried potatoes in the bowl and mix it.

  6. Put a jet of oil in a frying pan and add the eggs with the potatoes.

  7. When the omelette is studded you can serve it cold or warm.
